PEACH SMASH

• 1.75 oz Partida Blanco
• 6 Peach Quarters
• 6 Mint Leaves
• 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup

Muddle the peach & mint in a mixing glass. Add other ingredients & shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig
